Our Mission

We want to transform how firms think about talent.
Talent should be the driving force behind strategy and performance, not an afterthought. We allow companies to understand themselves and their competitors from a human capital perspective for the first time and instantly identify who they need to hire next, and why.

Our Name

The first known map of the world, the 8th century Imago Mundi, was annotated using an ancient writing system known as Cuneiform. The script itself was in use for over 3500 years and served as a bridge between pictographic scripts and the modern alphabet.

We want to be the tool behind a new generation of cartographers, this time of companies rather than continents. For too long talent has remained unmapped and largely misunderstood. As a result, recruitment remains unnecessarily slow, painful, and expensive, with no guarantee that the right candidates identified or considered.

Our Story

Coming from a background in executive search, we understand that when it comes to recruiting effectively, talent is everything. In spite of this, other software solutions focus exclusively on applicant management, employee satisfaction, and social networking, not making the very best hires for your organisation's needs.

We started out by developing the most accurate talent data on the market for many of the finance industries' top recruitment firms and in-house talent teams. The Qneiform platform was then developed to build on this and provide users with all the tools they might need to understand the talent landscape in real-time and improve recruitment outcomes.
